BRUMLOVKA and BIANCO&ROSSO after reconstruction

During July and August 2026, Grosseto BRUMLOVKA underwent an extensive renovation. We have completely upgraded the back-of-house infrastructure while making numerous updates to the interior—from new lighting and flooring to a brand-new bar and wine displays, modified food pass, and freshly upholstered booths and chairs. And the list of changes goes on.

Our neighboring delicatessen and wine shop, Bianco&Rosso, has also undergone a complete transformation.
