With the arrival of spring, it's bear garlic season again. We have prepared for you a spring menu enriched with this seasonal herb with positive effects on the body. This year till 14.4.2023 you can look forward in our restaurants to a creamy soup with wild garlic and poached egg. And our chefs also included this herb in the chicken terrine with mashed potatoes.
